Your main tasks are

• Friendly greeting of our guests with professional check-in & check-out
• Personal support and advice for hotel guests, first point of contact on site
• Accepting, processing and checking reservations before arrival
• Invoicing, hotel cash management and closing
• Carrying out the daily closing and organisational tasks
• Friendly and competent guest correspondence (Windows user programmes)

Our requirements profile

• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or in a commercial profession with experience in customer service and guest relations
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English desirable
• well-groomed appearance, friendly, helpful and team player
• you are a people-pleaser and stressful situations are not a problem for you either
